Community Guidelines

In our effort to always be aware of current events in the healthcare industry, we will provide updates and news stories on our blog. While we appreciate and encourage community participation in our blog, we have some basic guidelines that we ask you follow. Above all else, we ask that you remain respectful and courteous whenever commenting or contributing to a discussion on the MCAG blog. All comments will be monitored and require approval before they are published.

By submitting comments to the blog, you agree to the following:

  • No personal/privileged information or information that is copyrighted is allowed in the comments.
  • No vulgarities, offensive language, personal attacks or other hateful speech will be tolerated in comments.
  • No spam or off topic discussions or responses will be permitted.
  • The use of links will be limited to those that pertain to the current topic.

When submitting comments to the blog, please remember:

  • All comments must include your real name.
  • All comments must include a valid email address (will not be published).
  • All comments are subject to approval and those that violate the guidelines mentioned above will not be approved.
  • Anyone who repeatedly submits comments that violate the guidelines mentioned above will be blocked from commenting in the future.
  • Anyone who feels s/he has submitted a valid comment that was not published can contact the blog administrator at blog@mcaginc.com.

Please remember that although we may mention hot topics on our blog, we do so to inform our readers of the specifics of the case/issue and not to debate the merits of either side of the case. This is not a forum for legal debate and comments with the intent to spark such discussions will not be approved.
